Free resources I wish I had found sooner - what worked for you?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an HR coordinator in Austin. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. A food pantry near me has evening hours. What else is out there?

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
