Free resources I wish I had found sooner (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a line cook in Dallas. I do not usually post, so bear with me. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
