Free resources I wish I had found sooner (update)

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
