Free resources I wish I had found sooner (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a procurement assistant in Salt Lake City. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
