Free resources I wish I had found sooner (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a nurse's aide in Dallas. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
