Free resources I wish I had found sooner (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a procurement assistant in Richmond. It has been weighing on me all week. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
