Free resources I wish I had found sooner (Seattle)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a social media manager in Seattle. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
