I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an operations analyst in Minneapolis. Any experience at all would help. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
