Free resources I wish I had found sooner, nurse's aide here

I found a few free services in Salt Lake City that I did not know about. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.
