Free resources I wish I had found sooner - first time posting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an IT help-desk technician in Minneapolis. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
