Free resources I wish I had found sooner - first time posting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a pharmacy technician in Nashville. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A food pantry near me has evening hours. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
