A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
