Free resources I wish I had found sooner

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an event coordinator in Chicago. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
