A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. Any experience at all would help. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
