Free resources I wish I had found sooner, data-entry clerk here

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. Thank you in advance. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
