Free resources I wish I had found sooner

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a retail manager in Kansas City. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
