Free resources I wish I had found sooner (Charlotte)

I found a few free services in Charlotte that I did not know about. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
