Free resources I wish I had found sooner (Baltimore)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a recruiter in Baltimore. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
