Free resources I wish I had found sooner - any advice?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
