Free resources I wish I had found sooner - any advice?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
