Free resources I wish I had found sooner - any advice?

I found a few free services in Spokane that I did not know about. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
