Free resources I wish I had found sooner - any advice?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a nurse's aide in Salt Lake City. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
