Free resources I wish I had found sooner after 9 years as a line cook

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I worked as a line cook before this. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
