Free resources I wish I had found sooner after 7 years as a customer-service rep

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A food pantry near me has evening hours. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
