Free resources I wish I had found sooner after 5 years as a home health aide

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a home health aide in Birmingham. I worked as a home health aide before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
