Free resources I wish I had found sooner after 4 years as an IT help-desk technician

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
