Free resources I wish I had found sooner after 16 years as an office manager

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I worked as an office manager before this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
