Free resources I wish I had found sooner after 14 years as a store manager

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
