Free resources I wish I had found sooner after 10 years as a janitorial supervisor

I found a few free services in Baltimore that I did not know about. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
