Free resources I wish I had found sooner, accounts payable clerk here

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. It has been a long 24 weeks. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
