Free resources I wish I had found sooner

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. This is my first time dealing with any of this. A food pantry near me has evening hours. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
