Free resources I wish I had found sooner - 5 months and counting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a forklift operator in Knoxville. Any experience at all would help. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
