Free resources I wish I had found sooner

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a warehouse supervisor in Tucson. It has been weighing on me all week. A food pantry near me has evening hours. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
