Free resources I wish I had found sooner - 4 months and counting

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. It has been weighing on me all week. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
