Free resources I wish I had found sooner - 3 months and counting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a procurement assistant in Phoenix. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
