Free resources I wish I had found sooner - 26 weeks in

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
