Free resources I wish I had found sooner - 18 weeks in

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an electrician's helper in Salt Lake City. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
