Free resources I wish I had found sooner

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. Thank you in advance. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
