Free resources I wish I had found sooner - 12 months and counting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a hotel front-desk agent in Kansas City. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
