Free resources I wish I had found sooner

I found a few free services in Portland that I did not know about. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
