Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - what worked for you?

I do not have a car and interviews in Minneapolis are spread around. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. Some employers are off the main lines.

Our transit agency has a reduced-fare pass for people with low income. The application took a week.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
