Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - what worked for you?

I do not have a car and interviews in Buffalo are spread around. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I can walk part of the way. What do you use?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
