Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - what worked for you?

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a pharmacy technician. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to be late. Are there discounted passes?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.
