Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? (update)

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a welding apprentice. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
