Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? (update)

The bus takes almost an hour to reach the places hiring as a payroll clerk. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.
