Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews?, customer-service rep here

I do not have a car and interviews in Chicago are spread around. It has been a long 13 weeks. I do not want to be late. What do you use?

I planned routes the night before with a trip planner and left twenty minutes early.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
