Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? (Buffalo)

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. Some employers are off the main lines. What do you use?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.
