Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? (Baltimore)

I do not have a car and interviews in Baltimore are spread around. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to be late. Any rideshare programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
