Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? - any advice?

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. It has been a long 10 weeks. I do not want to be late. Are there discounted passes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
