Does anyone have tips for local transport to interviews? after 9 years as an accounts payable clerk

I need a cheap way to get to several appointments. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to be late. Are there discounted passes?

If you can, schedule interviews back to back in the same area to save fares.

Some workforce centres hand out bus tokens for interviews. Ask at the desk.
